Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and Orvio's services. Specific platform services may additionally be subject to a separate written agreement between Orvio and your organisation, which prevails in the event of conflict. By accessing and using Orvio's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws.
2. Services
Orvio currently provides forecasting and analytics solutions for distribution system operators (DSOs), including:
- Load forecasting and related analytics
- Imbalance energy (AE) cost analysis based on publicly available price data
Additional modules such as grid analytics, flexibility integration, and EMS integration are under development and may be offered separately in the future. Any such modules will be subject to separate documentation and, where applicable, specific contractual arrangements.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of their account credentials
- Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
4. Service Availability
While we strive for maximum service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Orvio and protected by Swiss and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Orvio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory statutory venue.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
